profiles are based on inspections performed within the last

The Profiles include information such as the size, age, and
site rent as well as a description of the community’s
appearance and features. Information about the types of
homes within the community and the amenities within the
community are also contained in the report. Color
photographs of the Community are provided as well. Community
Profiles are available to MHI members for $100 each. The
