JLT & Associates, a market research company that specializes in the manufactured housing industry, prepares management report oriented Manufactured Home Community Rent Surveys covering 55 markets nationwide including Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, Kansas City, Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Metropolitan Phoenix, Minneapolis/St.Paul, Tucson and major markets in Florida, Michigan, Colorado, Texas, Ohio and Indiana. The rent surveys are an independent verification of rents and occupancy at investment grade communities. Each survey includes detailed information including # of homesites, occupancy %, amenities, rents, services included in rents, recent rent increase amount PLUS ......various management reports sorted by "Number of Homesites", "Occupancy %" and "Highest to Lowest Rents".
