Which registration fee do I use for MHI meetings?
Member/Certified Rep – if your company is a member of MHI or you are a certified representative, appointed by your state association.
State Exec/Staff – if you are an employee of a state association.
Spouse/Guest – if you are a non-meeting participant. The spouse/guest registration provides access to specified social events only.

What does my registration fee cover?
All events at the meeting unless specified otherwise. Spouses are invited to receptions and social events as specified.

Does my registration fee include hotel accommodations or travel costs?
No. Registration fees include events at the meeting. However, special hotel rates are available for all meeting attendees if registered by the specified hotel deadline. In addition, there are often special airfares and car rental rates available for meeting attendees.

Can I attend all meetings on the schedule at MHI meetings?
Yes, unless noted as “invitation only.” Such meetings are open only to the committee/task force members of the particular meeting.

If I’m registered to attend an MHI meeting, do I also need to sign up to attend specific committee or division meetings?
No. Please proceed directly to any meetings you would like to attend, unless noted as “invitation only.”

What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations must be received in writing at 2111 Wilson Blvd, Suite 100, Arlington, VA 22201 or (703) 558-0401(fax). Refunds or partial refunds are determined by the date of cancellation as specified for each meeting.
