With humor and detailed explanations of the installation process, this course will take the installer from the first to the last step of installing a manufactured home.

This program is approved by the States of Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Wisconsin to meet the education requirements for licensing of manufactured home installers. (Students in Delaware must select the "DELAWARE Manufactured Home Installation - Online Training" course when registering. Students in Ohio must select the Ohio Manufactured Home Installation - Online Training" course when registering. The registration fee for students taking the Ohio course is $255. Students in New York must select the New York Manufactured Home Installation – Online Training” course when registering. The registration fee for students taking the New York course is $240. Students in Arizona must select the Arizona Manufactured Home Installation – Online Training” course when registering. The registration fee for students taking the Arizona course is $235.)
This course is a combination of online and CD training. When a student registers for the course, they are mailed a copy of the book, Manufactured Home Installation Guide, written by George Porter, and a CD that contains demonstration videos for the course, and also any state specific information provided for or by the States that have approved this program to meet the State’s installer requirements for licensing (see the states listed above). Students should wait to receive their book and CD (or CDs) before starting the course.
