he Manufactured Housing Educational Institute (MHEI) Accredited Community Manager (AMC) and Professional Housing Consultant (PHC) courses were instituted to raise professionalism in the industry (See related article Raising the Bar of Knowledge).

Since MHEI's inception, thousands of people have taken one or more of the courses. The courses are offered through state associations and some can be offered at the corporate level.
