IMPORTANT: MHI does NOT use any housing companies to coordinate reservations for Annual Meeting attendees. All reservations must be made directly with Miramonte or the Renaissance. Please be careful if you are called/emailed by any company or service implying or claiming to be an official housing provider for MHI. We’ve been made aware of companies emailing and calling attendees and offering them rates for the event. Often this is misleading or fraudulent information. If you are contacted by a housing company trying to sell you hotel rooms, please contact MHI at events@mfghome.org.

 

Airport Information

The Miramonte Resort & Spa is accessible via the Palm Springs Airport (PSP). The airport is located 15 miles away from the hotel and is approximately a 30-minute drive.

Parking

Miramonte offers self-parking for $40 per vehicle per overnight or valet parking for $52 per vehicle per overnight

Uber Service/Ride Share Service

Rideshare companies Uber and Lyft provide pick-ups and drop-offs at the Palm Springs International Airport.

Drop-offs are allowed curbside in front of the terminal building.

For pick-ups, follow the Rideshare signage to the designated area located at the south end of the terminal (see pick-up location), in the commercial lane across the street from WestJet Airlines.

Taxicabs are readily available and provide service to the Palm Springs area and surrounding counties.

Meeting Attire and Weather

We recommend business casual attire for Annual Meeting. Temperatures in Palm Springs vary in October from a high of 91°F to a low of 62°F.
