All contributions are voluntary and must be a personal contribution. Funds will be used for political purposes. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Contributions to MHI-PAC are not tax deductible. Maximum annual individual contribution is $5,000. Federal law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, employer and occupation for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per calendar year. You may refuse to contribute to MHI-PAC without reprisal. Contributions to MHI-PAC from corporations and foreign nationals are prohibited. Impermissible contributions will be returned by MHI-PAC to the contributor. MHI-PAC is a qualified multi-candidate committee.
