Manufactured housing leaders gathered in Washington, D.C., for the MHI Annual Meeting, featuring MHI on the Hill, combining industry advocacy with executive leadership, strategic discussions, and meaningful networking.

The experience began with MHI on the Hill, where attendees received briefings on the latest federal legislative and regulatory issues before meeting directly with policymakers who shape housing policy. The day of advocacy concluded with a reception on the National Mall celebrating the industry's collective impact and the 50th anniversary of manufactured housing.

Held during HUD's Innovative Housing Showcase, MHI on the Hill elevated the industry's voice on a national stage. The Showcase drew more policymakers, housing professionals, media representatives, and members of the public, with MHI coordinating a display of manufactured homes that highlighted the quality, innovation, and value of today's homes.

The MHI Annual Meeting followed, bringing members together to examine the state of the industry, discuss strategic priorities, and strengthen relationships with fellow leaders.
