Professional Housing Consultant

The Professional Housing Consultant (PHC®) course takes students through the history and construction of manufactured homes. It also outlines the retailer’s responsibilities, including information about fair housing and financing. Students will leave the class with sharper selling skills, and the confidence to take homebuyers through the process from home placement to completing the credit application.
