Registration Policies

  • Cancellations must be received in writing and may be emailed to registration@mfghome.org.
  • Payment will be refunded in full for cancellations received on or before October 6, 2025. There will be a $75 processing fee for all cancellations received October 6 – October 24, 2025.
  • No refunds will be processed after October 24, 2025.
  • Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
  • Please note: Any registered dietary restrictions must be submitted by October 24th in order to be accommodated.
