MHI Winter Meeting

The 2025 MHI Winter Meeting in San Antonio brought together industry leaders and innovators for two and a half days of collaboration and strategic discussions. MHI members engaged in discussions that will shape the future of manufactured housing, from regulatory and financial strategies to innovation and growth opportunities.

During the Division and Council meetings, leaders tackled pressing issues, explored opportunities, and collaborated on strategies to drive the industry forward. The luncheon and general session provided a platform for discussions on the evolving landscape of manufactured housing, including opportunities with the new Congress and Administration. The meeting included several networking sessions, where attendees strengthened relationships and exchanged ideas in a more informal setting.
