Oak Creek Homes, the mastermind behind this manufactured home’s innovative design, has truly elevated the concept of “Affordable Luxury” to new heights.
This 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1292 square foot single-section Smart Cottage was initially constructed for a community near Denton, in North Texas. With a modern design twist, it has been seamlessly integrated into a 2-story home with a garage and storage space below, providing an additional 1292 square feet of usable space.
