Two manufactured homes arrived on the National Mall as part of the 2024 Innovative Housing Showcase, presented by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), with MHI supporting the event as a co-presenter.

In addition to MHI supporting the event as a co-presenter, UMH is coordinating with CAVCO and Champion Homes to display homes on the National Mall as a part of this event, open to the public on the National Mall June 7-9.

During a press conference before the showcase opened, Adrianne Todman, Acting Secretary of HUD, received a tour of both homes, guided by MHI CEO Dr. Lesli Gooch.
