The State Fact Sheets provide a comprehensive look at manufactured housing across each U.S. state, highlighting the industry’s role in attainable housing. The State Fact Sheets include data on homebuilding facilities, retailers, and communities, along with shipment and production figures for single- and multi-section homes.
The State Fact Sheets outline average home prices, year-over-year changes and how the state ranks among all states in shipments and production. The State Fact Sheets also detail the number of manufactured homes by construction year and their share of total housing units—giving a more in-depth look at the age of the manufactured housing stock. A breakdown by congressional district shows the percentage of occupied housing units that are manufactured homes. This resource is valuable for policymakers, industry professionals, and housing advocates seeking to understand the footprint and impact of manufactured housing in their state.
