In Q3 2025, U.S. manufactured home production totaled 25,727 units, with year-to-date output reaching 79,556 homes. Clayton topped the list with 46.77% share and 12,033 homes produced this quarter. Champion Homes had 22.08% (5,680 homes) and Cavco Industries, Inc. held 17.95% market share (4,617 homes). Overall, the top three manufacturers accounted for over 86% of Q3 production.
