Nearly 200 manufactured housing industry leaders gathered in San Diego for the MHI Annual Meeting. During the meeting, members discussed how to increase the manufactured home share of new single-family home starts and grow support for the for-profit land-lease communities model.
In addition to conducting the business of the association, members had the opportunity to network with fellow industry leaders and tour the Lanikai Lane manufactured home community. Special thanks to Shane Joffe of J&H Property Management for hosting the community tour.

HUD’s Notice of Upcoming Proposed Rule Could Expand FHA Mortgage Access
