MHI Congress & Expo returns to Orlando May 5 – 7, with more features than ever before. This year’s program brings together industry leaders and innovators for three days of networking, education and exploration of the latest advancements in manufactured housing.

Get an early start networking while supporting the industry’s advocacy efforts on Sunday, May 4 with the Oliver Technologies Golf Open and the Hart Kienle Pentecost / Lutz, Bobo & Telfair Clay Shoot.

This year’s Developing with Manufactured Housing Seminar has expanded to be a day and half event. Builders and developers will learn about land-use approvals and financing options, and review case studies of manufactured housing developments.

On Monday, May 5, the National Communities Council (NCC) Spring Forum, an annual event tailored for manufactured home community owners and operators, will explore topics including AI’s impact on the sector, effective community engagement strategies and emerging market opportunities.

This year’s Expo Hall is bigger and more dynamic than ever, including the debut of the MHI Learning Lab—a dedicated theater on the show floor where exhibitors will present informative sessions.

With an expanded lineup of sessions, an interactive exhibit floor and an agenda packed with opportunities to learn, connect and grow, the 2025 MHI Congress & Expo is set to be the industry’s most comprehensive and engaging event yet. Celebrating its 31st year, the MHI-PAC Sweepstakes, the largest annual fundraiser for the industry’s only federal political action committee, awarded $15,000 in prizes to 43 MHI members at the September 24 digital drawing during the MHI Annual Meeting in Washington, DC.
