MHI Congress & Expo returns to Orlando May 5 – 7, with more features than ever before. This year’s program brings together industry leaders and innovators for three days of networking, education and exploration of the latest advancements in manufactured housing.

This year’s Developing with Manufactured Housing Seminar has expanded to be a day and half event. Builders and developers will learn about land-use approvals and financing options, and review case studies of manufactured housing developments.

On Monday, May 5, the National Communities Council (NCC) Spring Forum, an annual event tailored for manufactured home community owners and operators, will explore topics including AI’s impact on the sector, effective community engagement strategies and emerging market opportunities.

This year’s Expo Hall is bigger and more dynamic than ever, including the debut of the MHI Learning Lab—a dedicated theater on the show floor where exhibitors will present informative sessions.

With an expanded lineup of sessions, an interactive exhibit floor and an agenda packed with opportunities to learn, connect and grow, the 2025 MHI Congress & Expo is set to be the industry’s most comprehensive and engaging event yet. House Passes Housing Package, Manufactured Housing Priorities Advance to President’s Desk

Today, by a vote of 358-32, the House passed the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, sending the comprehensive housing legislation to the President’s desk for signature, which will likely happen on Wednesday.
