In the second quarter of 2025, manufactured home shipments reached 4,031 retailers and distributors across the United States, reflecting a notable increase in industry activity. This figure marks a 6% rise compared to the same period in 2024 and an 8% increase over the previous quarter (Q1 2025), signaling continued growth and demand in the manufactured housing sector.

 

The data, which tracks the number of retailers and distributors receiving homes from manufacturers by state and quarter, highlights regional trends in distribution. Texas led the nation with 549 retailers and distributors receiving shipments, followed by Florida with 335. Michigan (213), North Carolina (212), and Georgia (175) rounded out the top five states.
