Adventure Homes’ goal is to be innovative in its design of homes for today’s competitive housing market. They offer a wide-range of homes that include affordable HUD-Code homes, perfect for updating older manufactured home communities and modular homes designed for the everyday home buyer.

The company is committed to the idea that “custom building” a home can be affordable so that their homes meet the needs and wants of customers. Fifteen percent of the homes built last year were custom floor plans given to the company by its retailers.

The Clayton Home Building Group has over 13,000 team members across 40 home building facilities, 20 supply locations and nine on-site home builders who are united around commitment to building a quality, beautiful home that is durable and built to live a lifetime.  In 2019, they built over 44,000 homes in their building facilities and have prided themselves on each of those homes having quality.
