Cancellations, Substitutions and Refunds Requests
- Cancellations must be received in writing and may be e-mailed to registration@mfghome.org or faxed to 703-558-0401.
- Payment will be refunded in full for cancellations received on or before January 23, 2020.
- A $75 administrative fee will apply for all cancellations received January 24, 2020 – February 13, 2020.
- No refunds will be processed after February 13, 2020.
- Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
Special Accommodations
If you require special accommodations please e-mail a written description to nstruyk@mfghome.org. Special accommodations include dietary restrictions and ADA accessibility.
