MHEI offers online training for installers and inspectors of manufactured homes to meet the education requirements for licensing.

The MHIA of 2000 requires manufactured home installers to be trained and licensed. The federal government oversees installer training and licensing in 15 states. MHEI is only the training provider. Check with your state licensing agency for any additional requirements and application processes they may have.
