Room Rate: $238, not inclusive of taxes or fees
A limited number of rooms are available at JW Marriott until Tuesday, January 20 or until the block sells out. Make a reservation at the JW Marriott online or by calling 1-800-228-3344. When calling, make sure to mention the “MHI Winter Meeting,” to qualify for the special rate.
Hotel cancellations at JW Marriott must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis. If you encounter an issue booking hotel accommodations, please email events@mfghome.org.
IMPORTANT: MHI does NOT use any housing companies to coordinate reservations for Winter Meeting attendees. All reservations must be made directly with the JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead. Please be careful if you are contacted by any company or service implying or claiming to be an official housing provider for MHI. We’ve been made aware of companies emailing and calling attendees and offering them rates for our events. Often this is misleading or fraudulent information. If you are contacted by a housing company trying to sell you hotel rooms, please contact MHI at events@mfghome.org.
Parking Information
There is a nightly charge for both self and valet parking. The self-parking rate is $45 per vehicle, and the valet parking rate is $55 per vehicle.
Airport Information
Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) is located about 18 miles from JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead, which is approximately a 25-minute drive.
Note: JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead does not offer shuttle services to and from the airport.
Taxi and Ride Share Services
Taxi Service: Taxi cabs are available at the Domestic Terminal located in Aisle A of the new Ground Transportation Center (GTC). Taxis to the Buckhead area are approximately $50 per person.
Ride Share Services: Rideshare pickups occur in the North Economy lot. Passengers will proceed through North baggage claim for access to the lower-level escalators located between doors LN1. Once downstairs, follow the orange signs to the Economy lot and request a ride after you arrive at the pickup location.
Meeting Attire and Weather
We recommend business casual attire for the Winter Meeting. Temperatures in Atlanta, GA vary in February from a high of 58°F to a low of 36°F.
