Lavender Meadows: Where Community Comes into Bloom

Lavender Meadows, a 217-site active adult community in Sequim, Washington, has been recognized with MHI’s Excellence in Manufactured Housing Award for Land-Lease Community of the Year – West. The award highlights the community’s commitment to quality design, resident engagement and operational excellence.

Since its acquisition in late 2021, Lavender Meadows has focused on thoughtful growth and resident-centered management. By the end of 2025, the community had reached 63 occupied homesites and added eight new homes through flexible homeownership options and targeted marketing efforts.

Designed to resemble a traditional site-built neighborhood, Lavender Meadows features spacious homesites, pit-set multi-section homes, site-built garages, and carefully maintained streetscapes. Residents enjoy a clubhouse, pickleball and bocce ball courts, two dog parks, horseshoe pits, and expanding community garden spaces.

Its location near Olympic National Park, downtown Sequim, and the Olympic Mountains further enhances its appeal.
