The Manufactured Housing Educational Institute (MHEI) offers a wide variety of courses to educate and grow your business.

Installers and inspectors of manufactured homes can meet the education requirements for licensing with MHEI’s online training. Installers and inspectors can take MHEI continuing education courses from anywhere with a computer and an internet connection.

Community owners and managers can learn to own or operate a manufactured home community efficiently and effectively with the Accredited Community Manager (ACM®) program.

If you work in a retail sales center or for a land-lease community that sells homes, the newly-revised Professional Housing Consultant (PHC®) course will help you expand your knowledge about lending regulations, installation requirements, HUD Code regulations and more.
