NCMHA Members Rally to Help a Neighbor in Need

While driving to a meeting In February, North Carolina state representative Dean Arp saw smoke coming from a home. He noticed a woman in a wheelchair struggling to escape the fire, sprang into action and rescued her from the blaze.

Rep. Arp saved the homeowner’s life, but her home was a total loss. Inspired by Rep. Arp’s heroism, the North Carolina Manufactured & Modular Homebuilders Association (NCMHA) members rallied together to provide her with a safe and comfortable place to rebuild her life: a new Cavco home.
