Valley Vista Village, a new 239-home community, has officially opened just outside historic downtown Sonora, California. Developed by Homes Direct and Land Home Financial Services, the neighborhood features CrossMod® homes custom-designed for Valley Vista Village by Cavco Industries’ Palm Harbor Homes in Millersburg, Oregon.

The community features nine CrossMod® floor plans ranging from 1,400 to 2,200 square feet, each with a two-car garage and attic storage. Four model homes are available for viewing at the on-site Model Center. Homes meet HUD Code and Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) standards, and qualify for MH Advantage and CHOICEHome financing.

Nearly one-third of the property is dedicated to open space, including 1.7 miles of walking trails. Future amenities include a Community Center with pickleball and bocce courts. With high-speed internet, utility services, and a prime location near Yosemite and local attractions, Valley Vista offers a modern, connected lifestyle in a natural setting.
