Cancellations, Substitutions and Refunds Requests
- Cancellations must be received in writing and may be e-mailed to email@example.com or faxed to 703-558-0401.
- Payment will be refunded in full for cancellations received on or before January 23, 2019.
- A $75 administrative fee will apply for all cancellations received January 24, 2019 – February 13, 2019.
- No refunds will be processed after February 13, 2019.
- Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
