2021 MHI Winter Leadership Roundtable
Newly revised this year, MHI is hosting the 2021 MHI Winter Leadership Roundtable. Taking place February 22-24, 2021 this event brings together MHI members virtually to hear from industry experts on topics relevant to a broad group of manufactured housing professionals. During the event, attendees will hear from leaders on topics including zoning, the eviction moratorium, financing, energy and more. Each session will be followed by an open forum where attendees can share strategies on these issues effecting the industry. The event will kick off with a presentation from MHI’s headquarters and will conclude with a meeting of the Board of Directors.

2021 MHI Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting is the largest membership meeting of the year with over 150 attendees. This meeting provides an excellent opportunity to exchange information with industry friends, stay current on housing marketplace trends, and attend the board, committee and division meetings. During this meeting industry leaders are honored at the Annual Dinner for the prestigious MHI Chairman’s award, State Association Executive of the Year Award, Frank Walter Standards Award and Jim Moore Excellence in Communications Award.
2021 MHI NCC Fall Leadership Forum
The NCC Fall Leadership Forum with over 400 attendees is the only strategic executive level event of the year. The Chicago based meeting geared toward those involved with manufactured home communities as an owner/manager, manufacturer, service provider, broker, lender or consultant. The meeting offers strategic content to explore new ideas, examine new trends, and offers a unique perspective with programming not found at any other industry meeting. With 2 nights/1.5 days of programming, this event’s low “out of office” time provides for high-impact ideas for your business.
