MHI has proudly maintained membership dues without an increase for more than a decade, while continuing to expand the resources, representation and results we deliver for our members.

Across the country, well-intentioned proposals such as rent control in manufactured housing communities and right of first refusal laws are advancing. While these measures may sound consumer-friendly, they often create unintended consequences that harm land-lease community owners and operators and support predatory limited equity ownership models. When harmful legislation passes in one state, it quickly becomes a blueprint for others. MHI is uniquely positioned to engage and defend your interests, but doing so requires additional resources. That is why in addition to renewing your membership for the upcoming year, we invite you to become an MHI Industry Guardian by making a voluntary contribution to strengthen MHI’s state-level advocacy.

You can contribute online through your MHI account on the MHI website:

  • Login to your MHI account at ManufacturedHousing.org
  • At the top of the page, click “My Account”
  • In the menu on the left-hand side of the page, click “Contribute to MHI”
  • Select “Yes! I would like to contribute to MHI.”
  • Select your contribution amount
  • Enter your payment information and submit your contribution

Thank you for supporting the future of manufactured housing by contributing to this important fund.
