JOIN US: MHI returns to HUD’s Innovative Housing Showcase, MHI Annual Meeting will Coincide w/ D.C. Showcase

Save the Date! Manufactured homes will again be featured at HUD’s Innovative Housing Showcase, which returns to the National Mall in Washington, D.C., September 22-24.

Best of all, we have moved MHI’s annual meeting to coincide with this event in D.C. This will enable MHI members to participate in the showcase and join us in thanking the policymakers that helped achieve such significant victories this year for the manufactured housing industry and consumers.This year’s event also comes as the industry celebrates 50 years of the HUD Code, making the connection to the America 250 theme especially meaningful.

At the Innovative Housing Showcase, MHI will again help bring homes directly to policymakers on the National Mall. This will give members of Congress, federal officials and other stakeholders the opportunity to see today’s manufactured homes up close.

The Showcase is a key part of MHI’s broader advocacy strategy. Since the first event in 2019, MHI and our members have placed modern manufactured homes in front of Congress, federal officials and other stakeholders so they can see the quality, design and innovation of today’s homes firsthand. That visibility helped pave the way for recent policy successes reflected in the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act.
