The Lender of the Year – Floor Plan was awarded to 21st Mortgage Corporation.

As the industry’s largest floorplan lender, 21st Mortgage now serves over 1,000 retail locations while flooring more than 1,800 homes each month.

In 2023, the company floored over 22,000 units for a total of nearly $1.6 billion.  21st Mortgage’s mission is to work closely with retailers and manufacturers to assess their specific borrowing needs and to support those needs by providing a variety of fast and flexible floorplan related programs.

21st Mortgage and the company’s leadership team continues to take an active role in working toward regulatory relief and compliance solutions that serve the entire industry. The company’s CEO, Tim Williams, continues to champion the industry’s causes in Washington, D.C. and beyond. Many members of the management team at 21st Mortgage also support the MHI PAC fund and various councils and committees for MHI. In addition to the support provided at the national level, 21st Mortgage team members provide board leadership and actively participate in most state associations. 21st Mortgage is known not only for its contributions to the industry, but also for its charitable commitments to the community. The company continued to offer volunteer time off as a benefit to all employees in 2023. House Passes Key Manufactured Housing Reforms

Tonight, the U.S. House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed H.R. 6644, the Housing for the 21st Century Act by a vote of 390-9. This bipartisan legislation aims to expand supply, reduce costs, and open doors to homeownership for millions of Americans. MHI thanks its members who responded to our “Call for Action” and contacted their Representatives to help secure the passage of this important bill.

Manufactured housing production declined 3.9% year‑over‑year in December and decreased 0.6% in total during 2025. December shipments fell, with single‑section units down 6.5% and multi‑section units down 1.6%; for 2025 overall, single‑section shipments dropped 4.7% while multi‑section shipments rose 2.7%.
