Credit Human actively supports numerous state and local manufactured housing associations, as well as MHI, serving in a multitude of leadership positions. They have worked closely with MHI on several key issues, including Duty to Serve, appraisal issues, energy efficiency, etc., and continue to lend our hand toward the advancement of the industry.

Working to stimulate interest in manufactured housing in traditional and non-traditional channels that help bring positive awareness to the industry.

They include:

• Non-profits

• Credit Unions (NCUA)

• Government entities

• Financial agencies

• Social media

In most urban areas, more and more families are struggling to find affordable housing options.

Credit Human initiated an innovative pilot, in cooperation with strategic alliances that includes local government, to address this growing need. They placed three manufactured homes on vacant lots in the Central City area of New Orleans (less than a mile from the Superdome) that demonstrate their proof of concept.

Their objective is to take the learning from this pilot and provide a blueprint of universal acceptance for manufactured homes while igniting a desire for others to enter this untapped market.
