In the first quarter of 2026, Clayton Homes accounted for 46.4% of total market share with 11,080 homes produced. Champion Homes followed with a 22.8% share and 5,440 homes, while Cavco Industries ranked third at 17.2% with 4,094 homes produced. Together, the top three manufacturers represented more than 86% of total industry production during the quarter.
