New data for Q4 2025 shows that 3,695 retailers and distributors nationwide received shipments from manufactured home manufacturers, reflecting a 7% decline from Q3 2025 and a 2% decrease compared to Q4 2024. This represents a modest cooling in distribution activity following prior periods of stronger performance.
State-level rankings saw slight movement, with California entering the top five and replacing Michigan. Texas continued to lead by a wide margin with 511 retailers and distributors, followed by Florida (356), North Carolina (206), California (168) and Georgia (162).
