Cancellations, Substitutions and Refunds Requests
- Cancellations must be received in writing and may be e-mailed to Megan O’Kane at firstname.lastname@example.org or faxes to (703) 588-0401.
- Payment will be refunded in full for cancellations received on or before September 4, 2018.
- A $75 administrative fee will apply for all cancellations received September 4 – September 19, 2018.
- No refunds will be processed after September 19, 2018.
- Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
